Telephone should accord with the request in GB 6833.1 about static sensitivity test、electrical source wink status sensitivity test、radiosensitivity test and conduct sensitivity test.During the test the phone should work well.
1.7 Secutiry requirement
1.7.1 Insulated resistance
The insulated resistance between electrical source input port and shell or the bareness metal components should not less than 100 MΩ. And also should not less than 10 MΩ in the condition of dampheat.
1.7.2 Anti-electricity intension
Electrical source input port and shell or the bareness metal components should accord with the request anti-electricity test which show in table 6.There should no beat through and electricity arc in 1 minute.

2.1 test condition
All the test is taken uder the following condition except climate circumstance adaptability test.
15～35℃；temperature
45%～75%； relative humidity
86～106kPa。 atmospheric pressure
2.2 appearance and structure check-up
Accord with the request of 2.1 when check using eyeballing and check tools.

In te following test,initial check and finally check should be taken accord with the request of 1.2.The phone should work well in all the check procedure.
2.4.2 temperature test

2.4.5.1 initial vibrancy respond check-up
The test is taken under the given frequency range and accomplish in one frequency scan circle.The dangerous frequency should be recorded include the resonance frequency and the frequency that affect telephone's performance.(the latter only happen uder work condition)

2.4.8 casing fall off test
According to the prescribe in table 6,choose any 4 sides,each side falls off one time and check the mangle of the casing after the test and take finally check about the product.
2.5 stability test
Product should work 7 days continuely under normal work condition and every day should be checked at least one time.

2.9 dependability test
2.9.1 test condition
The aim of this dependability test is check the product's dependability under normal work condition.The stress is prescribed as following:
electricity stress:test sample work under the range of ±10% of the standard input voltage（220V）.In one cycle the time assign is:voltage upper limit 25%,standard value 50%,voltage lower limit 25%.
temperature stress:temperature change from normal value to the value set in table 1 then back to normal value in one cycle.The temperature change rate is 0.7℃/min～1℃/min.The time in upper limit should be equal with the time in normal temperature.
3.9.2 test scheme
Dependability test is taked according to the scheme 4:6 and dependability accept test is taken according to scheme 4:7.
3.9.3 test request
In the whole test,test each function three times one day and every time should not less than 5 minute.The test is finished only when the judgement is got that whether the product is eligible.Test time of each test sample should not less than the half of the average test time.
When the failure time is k,then the test time Tk is count as follow

1 checkout type
1.1 design-fixed checkout
Product pass the design-fixed checkout when its design and production is fixed.
1.2 accept checkout
Products which produced under batch production or nostop production should pass accept checkout.
1.3 duty checkout
Products which produced under batch production shoud be taken at least on duty checkout every year.Test sample should be choosed from the eligible products which pass accept checkout.The number is more than 2 and the number for dependability is more than 20.

2.2 casing
Casing box should accord with the request of dampproof、dustproof、shockproof and there is incasement list、checkout certificate and so on.
2.3 Transportation
The casing box can be transported with any vehicle.
2.4 Stockpile
Products should be placed inner the original casing box and the stockpile temperature is 0℃～40℃,relative humidity is 20%～93%.
